1. You have the right to return non-food products of proper quality if the product did not satisfy you in terms of form, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons that prevent its intended use, as provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection." You have the right to return a non-food product of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days, excluding the day of purchase. The return of a non-food product of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used, and its commercial appearance, consumer properties, packaging, seals, and labels, as well as the payment document issued for the purchase of the product, are preserved. The list of goods not subject to return under the conditions specified in this paragraph is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. The refund of the value of a non-food product of proper quality is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving such a product, provided the requirements of paragraph 1 are met, by the current legislation of Ukraine.
3. The cost of the product is refunded by bank transfer to the buyer's account.
4. The return of a non-food product of proper quality to the seller's address is carried out at the buyer's expense and is not reimbursed.
5. The examination of claims provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" is carried out by the seller provided that the buyer submits the documents specified by the current legislation of Ukraine. The seller is not responsible for defects in the product that occurred after its transfer to the buyer due to the buyer's violation of the rules of use or storage of the product, actions of third parties, or force majeure.
6. The buyer does not have the right to refuse a non-food product of proper quality that has individually defined properties and is made to an individual order, and if the specified product can be used exclusively by the buyer who purchased it (including non-standard sizes, characteristics, appearance, equipment, etc., at the buyer's request). Confirmation that the product has individually defined properties is the difference in the dimensions of the product and other characteristics indicated on the online store.
7. The return of the product, in cases provided by law and the offer agreement, is carried out at the address indicated on the website in the "Contacts" section.
