Today, buyers are not only interested in the reliability and durability of packaging, but also in its aesthetics, tactile sensations, overall design, etc.
Cardboard boxes are widely used in various industries for packaging and transporting goods. The production of cardboard boxes is a complex process that takes place in several stages, each of which is important for creating high-quality and effective product packaging.
1. Pre-press preparation
The first stage covers the detailed design and development of the box. Specialists determine the dimensions, shape, type of material, and construction according to the client's requirements. Pre-press preparation includes creating a layout with an individual design for printing.
2. Printing
The main stage of creating a box. Using offset printing, the image is transferred to the surface of the cardboard, ensuring high quality and clarity of printing.
3. Lamination
After printing, the boxes go through the lamination process, where a protective film is applied. This allows you to preserve the print quality and gives the packaging a glossy or matte effect. Lamination protects the box from the influence of negative factors.
4. Vysichka
Die-cutting is used to cut out the shape of the box and various elements on the surface of the box, such as windows, figures, or other details. This step allows you to create unique box shapes and configurations.
5. Gluing
At the gluing stage, cardboard sheets are folded into the box structure with the help of adhesive tapes and special equipment. This ensures the strength and stability of the structure.
6. Additional technologies
To create an attractive appearance, and apply and highlight important elements, we also use other technologies after printing processing: Congreve, selective varnish, protective varnish, and embossing.
As a result of these stages of production, a cardboard box appears, which will ensure reliable packaging of the product.
